A self paced challenging workout for all ages and ability levels. With alternating movements and rest periods we will give you a full body workout to start you week.
Please note that during Covid times we are running this as a regular Boot Camp. We will recommence Boxing at a later date.
Come along and finish your week with a high Intensity Cardio Workout. While suitable for everyone we focus on more functional movements that raise your heart rate and set you up for the day. 30min long with a 10 station rotation utilising both body weight and equipment.
